THE AEDEN CONGRESS WILL BEGIN IN
General Approach
The Congress intends to be a reflection point on the current events affecting the definition, construction and evolution of the Spanish and European energy law, starting from the new legal package on clean energy, fundamental regulatory basis of the Energy Union project.
The reference we hereby make to the community legal system obeys to the growing importance the energy sector has. As it is well known, European law is integrated in the national law forming a harmonized regulation field, when not uniform, to which also some, desirably common, regulation principles and institutions must be subjected to.
The new EU energy model offers a wide number of novelties in the legal aspect which we must identify, study and interpret, in order to foster and make the development of the national energetic systems easier.

Congress Program
The AEDEN Congress will be held on September 17 and 18, 2019 at the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. COMMUNICATIONS RULES
The possibility of presenting communications to the AEDEN Congress is open, on any of the six topics that they make up the different panels. Your presentation is governed by the following rules:
a) Format and letter: Communications must be prepared in Word format and may not have an extension greater than 10 pages, with Times New Roman 12 pt. (footnotes, 10 pt.), line spacing 1,5 and margins upper and lower 2.5 cm.
b) Summary, keywords and summary: Below the title and the name will include a SUMMARY (maximum 120 words) and the identification of some KEYWORDS (maximum 5), both in Spanish and English. Then it will be placed a SUMMARY that will collect followed all the subdivisions.
c) Communications must be sent to the following electronic address: comunicaciones.congreso@aeden.es.
The delivery period ends the week prior to the celebration of the Congress. The Scientific Committee of the Congress will examine the communications and decide on their acceptance, which will be notified by mail electronic of the author. The text of the accepted communications will be published, either as Minutes of the Congress, next to the Papers, either on the AEDEN website.
